I was so excited about having an accepted offer that I backed my new Honda Cr-V into the fire hydrant.  I have a GPS locater and a rear camera and I still didn't see the "high" visibility green fire hydrant.  My client didn't see it either.  Needless to say, the inspection went well and the new buyers are very excited, they can't wait to move in.
